Hi, I'm Nick.
My wife, Shannan and I have been in the midterm rental world for over five years, running our own business long before I started coaching. After learning firsthand what works (and what doesn't), I began helping others do the same. For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching over 500 individuals in the midterm rental space, helping them build profitable, sustainable businesses that create real freedom.
My wife, Shannan, is the creative force behind branding and design, supporting hundreds of MTR entrepreneurs in making their businesses stand out.
Together, we created the MTR Formula—a proven system that’s helped countless students achieve semi-passive income and the freedom that comes with it.

OUR STORY
Tired of the corporate grind and missing out on family time, we decided to make a change and moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to the Pacific Northwest. Already experienced in hosting short term rentals from our time in the Bay, we started by renting out part of our home and property. However our lives were too busy for the short term model so instead we switched to midterm which eventually grew into a full blown profitable business. Today where we own and arbitrage a library of properties focusing on midterm tenants.
Owning our own semi-passive business means we control our schedule and make money even while we sleep. The cash flow generated by our MTR business model has allowed us to create generational wealth for our family. It has been a shift in our lives that has given us the freedom to focus on what matters most—spending more quality time with our kids and going on more adventures - which has been priceless!
